My specialty and research are in Cognitive Therapy with athletes for sports enhancement training to help athletes improve their performance and achieve their goals. Therapy before, during, and after injuries, and to prepare athletes mentally to return to the game. I also work with athletes who want to be at the top of their game while dealing with ADHD and ADD without medications. As a Christian therapist, my approach to counseling for everyone is Christ-centered and biblically based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help anyone through anxiety, self-development, anger management, depression, grief, and trauma. I offer group grief counseling from losses, or trauma and abuse.
